Works on XO-4 B1 and later only. Contains fixes for factory production:
- if operator abandons the SD card test, cascade as failure,
- tune the HDMI PLL configuration again.

- 3680 OLPC XO-4 - fix HDMI PLL configuration again, reversing sign. Redo of r3676, based on kernel git hash f655fe50298685eb724b2b8390942db6de9e3648. Marvell's documentation of the sign bit was wrong. By John Watlington.
