Comment on States section. Around the time that OLPC was formed, Massachusetts governor, Mitt Romney, indicated that he wanted to purchase OLPC laptops for every student in the state. He held a press conference with Negroponte to announce his decision. Now the governor would still have to get the funding from the state legislature to actually purchase the laptops. --Dave Raftery
