16.04.3 is an OLPC OS release that was withdrawn, based on Ubuntu 16.04.2, with Sugar 0.110.
The target platform is Target platforms::NL3 only.

Installation
How to install OLPC OS 16.04.3:
- you must already be familiar with how to install Ubuntu, if not, see Download Ubuntu Desktop, and Install Ubuntu Desktop,
- download the image and write to media,
- boot our image and install in the usual way.
