Names and logos identifying products and services of One Laptop per Child ("OLPC") are registered trademarks/service marks or trademarks/service marks of OLPC. OLPC 's trademarks/ service marks may be used publicly only with permission and explicit approval from OLPC. We do this in order to protect their use and avoid any confusion for donors and corporate partners supporting the OLPC mission.
The use of the OLPC name or the OLPC trademarks/service marks is only allowed under certain limited circumstances, according to the law.
Third-party commercial use of any OLPC trade or service mark requires prior written consent from One Laptop per Child. All licensing agreements for third-party use of One Laptop per Child trade or service marks should be in writing and signed by the organization.
