Where to submit country feedback?

Nicholas Laughlin notes on the globalvoices blog about olpc in uruguay:

I don't know enough about the OLPC project. Is there some kind 
of mechanism in place for the XO users' comments and criticisms 
to be collected and forwarded to the developers?

Anon editing
