We're in the process of starting up this not-for-profit corporation, but we are still able to receive and fix any XO laptops right now.

Repair
To have us repair your XO, you will need to ship the XO to us. It will cost you:
$20 - labor fee -
$10 - shipping fee (UPS/FedEx) -
If we need to replace any parts:
- LCD Screen: $80
- Battery: $25
- Charger: $15
- Keyboard: $18
- Touchpad: $24.
Repair works in easy 8 steps.
1) E-mail us at help <at> sunshinerepair <dot> org with the issue you are having with your XO
2) Get a response back from us with where to ship your XO to and a quick quote of how much it should cost
3) Ship your XO to us via USPS (cheapest) or any other.
4) We evaluate your XO and contact you for approval if we need to replace any parts
5) Actual Repair of XO
6) Your XO is tested after repair.
7) We will send you an invoice of total fee
8) We will ship your XP back via UPS/FedEx
We will not charge you for parts without your acknowledge.
We will charge you after the repair is complete and tested.
You may use your credit card to pay for the repair fee.
