four fingered salute is a function of the embedded controller, and works at any level, not just sugar/system. not sure what is best way to express this. --Quozl 01:09, 4 October 2007 (EDT)

Accuracy of the list

Are these meant to document the currnet state of the system? Many seem to be incorrect; for instance, on my XO the "switch activity" function is bound to alt-tab rather than ctrl-tab, and the alt-space and alt-tilde functions are missing entirely (or at least, I haven't found what else they might be bound to). If this were Wikipedia I would've just edited the table, but I gather different norms apply on this forum. :) blahedo 00:17, 18 December 2007 (EST)

Second the motion. Authoritative source should update this misleading, easy to find page. On my G1G1 xo, alt-tab cycles thru all activities/instances in the same order the activity circle shows. Robby 12:20, 23 December 2007 (EST)

Application Specific Shortcuts

What are the copy/paste shortcuts for the terminal application?

Although it would be nice to have activity-specific shortcuts here, that should probably be a documented under each activity on this wiki. --198.145.74.169 22:20, 19 December 2007 (EST)

Organizational standards?

I have found quite a number of other keystrokes.

(See User:IainDavidson/Notes )

But wasn't sure about order or standards for this page to add of them to this page.

Thoughts....

  • order by modifier key
  • order by function
  • order by most popular used to least used.
  • order by a) suger (general) b) specific differences per Activity.
  • link to each Activity which list specific Activity keyboard shortcuts

The real solution is having someone look through source code and examine actual keystrokes captured by key-press interrupts... so the list is actually complete. :-) --IainD 12:27, 2 January 2008 (EST)

Drop the "Maintained by the OLPC Team" monikor?

Any have any trouble with just dropping the OLPC Team maintenance and then writing better documentation on this?
