Ricardo, I'm very glad to learn of your vision. Yes, I would like to work with you to implement it. I lead the [Minciu Sodas] laboratory for independent thinkers. We have quite a lot of activity among rural Africa's literate adults. We have a real need for solutions that would let them participate offline and not have to pay as much as they do for the marginal Internet access they have. I am pursuing four (and more) related proposals, one for related [software], one for related [hardware], one for [assembling computers], and one for rolling out [local wi-fi networks] (even if they aren't connected to the global Internet). We have the teams on-the-ground to pursue your ideas. We can work some for free, and we need ideas for finding funders, clients or partners.
