USB Header

  • gps
  • touchscreen
A spare USB port on the hub is wired to the WLAN connector (but is currently unused by the WLAN connector.) See the XO-1.75 Pinouts for exact pin numbers.--Wad 10:05, 18 September 2011 (UTC)

MiniPCIe

a mini pcie slot

Unfortunately, miniPCIe requires that a PCIe interface be available on the chipset being used. This is not the case with the Armada 610.--Wad 10:05, 18 September 2011 (UTC)

eBook Reader section for reference to the wikipedia listing of tabblets

I've added this section : http://wiki.laptop.org/go/XO-1.75#eBook_Reader to have an anchor to refer to from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_tablet_computers --SvenAERTS 08:28, 15 May 2012 (UTC)

Battery life in hours?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_tablet_computers mentions that criteria. I assume there is a standard to measure this. Can it be added pls both here and on the wikipedia? Seems useful and strategic for those involved in marketing actions.--SvenAERTS 08:28, 15 May 2012 (UTC)

I had a 4 year old XO with original battery with me at the EU Africa Business Forum here in Brussels and did presentations all day, meaning it was switched on for about 6h showing a composed picture that allowed me to talk about OLPC, olpc and the XO. It didn't need a recharge. I was totally amazed. What a difference from my Macbook Pro with it's 15" screen. --SvenAERTS 07:39, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
