Talk:XO Troubleshooting PowerOn

When I start it up, it goes to the main screen, you know, with the XO icon and the circle around it, and I can see the network if I go to the network screen, but the Journal never starts up, and when I try to start an application, it fades in and out as though it's loading, but it never loads, it just keeps flashing. Help please?

There is really no way for anyone to get a response back to you, other than by posting it on this page. Updating this page

This page seems to overlap with Startup diagnosis. Neither pages are referenced from the Deployment Guide. This page seems to make assumptions and jump to conclusions quite rapidly about the nature of the problem.
