Hi I would like to use on some external sites such as en.wikipedia, commons, ???, Template:OLPC-??? or on a user's page over there or elsewhere. And I'm requesting that you tag the said image's page with an appropriate © License such as reliesed to Public Domain by Author, CC-By-SA-NC or whatever you feel is fair. :)
PS: Sorry I can't make it up to Manila, but if you make-it @ Boracay or Kalibo them that's an other story...
