From OLPC

Babylon dictionaries has contributed a basic set of 2500-word dictionaries with translations in 16 languages for use in OLPC projects. This is the largest coordinated contribution of words and definitions to OLPC to date.

There are related projects going on to develop the dictionary projects such as words and speak.
