Talk:Ben Rothman's XO Setup

Jump to: navigation, search

you did a perfect job keeping this simple! now could you do an update to it? more specifically to the flash section? i followed your directions on my xo which i had done a lean install not more than a few hours ago and got the error message after entering the 2nd command (rpm...):

"Files belonging to older Flash plugins have been removed from the filesystem. For your safety these files have been saved in /root/oldflashplugins.tar.gz. You may remove this tarball if these files are no longer required."

while it certainly isn't some gibberish error message that makes no sense...i dont know what to do to actually get flah to run.

Sorry for the delayed response, but I haven't been keeping up with the latest XO updates or news about getting Flash. I've just been using my XO as a bed-side email client.
