fulfilling OUR mandate, if we do care for the UN OHRLLS:
Is that much of a difference, really?
- You depict the difference as being 7 countries, when it is actually 42 countries, almost doubling the size of the list of countries receiving extra support. (see the last section on the partner countries article itself...) Which of those 42 countries do you think are most in need? Do you really see Singapore and St. Kitts as models of countries needing extra support? --Sj talk 00:03, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
This would help a little bit, but we should do MUCH better!
