Talk:Creative Commons

I'm removing the discussion about developing nations license, since Creative Commons deprecated this license and is in favor of using Attribution. Also, there has been general consensus about using the most liberal CC license, Attribution 3.0 unported when possible, and giving the childreon options when possible on the other licenses on XO.
