Talk:OLPC French (ca)(ht) Keyboard

Jump to: navigation, search

I don't understand why they call it the Créole keyboard. This is the Canadian French traditionnal keyboard used in Québec, Canada. Though Canada has always had strong links with Haïti and welcomes a lot of Hatian refugees, I suppose they call it the Créole keyboard because they get trained typing on it, with all the junk PC and IT garbarge we ship to this country.

Because it is the keyboard being used in the Haiti deployments (localized in Kreyol).cjl 17:31, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
