Used to tag a software component as having its source code lincensed under CreativeCommons. The exact shape and version of the license is determined by the parameters.

  version — the full link to the location of the source code
  type    — must be a valid combination the components by-sa-nc-nd (sa & nd are mutually incompatible)
             by       — Attribution-2.5 (1.0, 2.0 3.0)
             by-nd    — Attribution-NoDerivs-2.5 (1.0, 2.0, 3.0)
             by-nc-nd — Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs-2.5 (1.0, 2.0, 3.0)
             by-nc    — Attribution-NonCommercial-2.5 (1.0, 2.0, 3.0)
             by-nc-sa — Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike-2.5 (1.0, 2.0, 3.0)
             by-sa    — Attribution-ShareAlike-2.5 (1.0, 2.0, 3.0)
