Template talk:Content submission

Is this supposed to be a template that people print or copy-paste in an email, and then fill it in, or what? If the intention is to have a standard way for registering content submissions that stay within the wiki, it should take some parameters... maybe something similar to Template:Country info or Template:Infobox language would be more appropriate? --Xavi 14:23, 23 May 2007 (EDT)
