Dave Keefe is a retired IBM Computer Scientist, now volunteering 3-4 days a week as the technology coordinator at a K-8 parochial school in Rockville, Maryland, USA. PhD in Education at the University of Virginia (2003).

Involved in children, computers, and learning since 1977 (Commodore Pet at my wife's school) I am now developing a video learning center at our school, combining video conferencing (for virtual field trips, class-to-class cultural exchange, and teach-teacher professional development) with student constructionist learning through video media.

My OLPC interest is in piloting OLPC with early childhood learners, initially first grade.
