1996 to present: Inspired by the Internet as a knowledge collaboration tool.

Taught English in China 1996 to 1999.

TEFLChina email lists -- I started these in 1996 while in China with help from other English teachers in China and they exist today very much because of the collaborative spirit and volunteer help of the members they serve.
