Summary
Schoolsite is the base (configuration) Django app. It must be installed prior to the Pathagar (library), Karma Learning System (kls), or Item Bank (itembank) apps.

Detailed Description
Currently this feature installs Django and provides initial configuration. This is a prerequisite to installing any Django app such as Pathagar.
Benefit to XSCD
Django is a base service which supports the library (Pathagar), registration (kls), and other Django applications.
Scope
This is an essential service to support other features of XSCD.

Install the library (Pathagar) or student registration features and test that they work correctly.
