Derivative Works
Derivative Works that combined several CSL-licensed Works should require the combined price of all independed Works combined in the Derivative Work. --Fasten 07:03, 30 January 2008 (EST)
The Maintainer should be able to deny the sale of a Derivative Work by Licensors if the product doesn't meet quality standards or other standards. Rationale: The Maintainer retains a degree of control over the Work that can help to promote responsibility. --Fasten 13:27, 7 February 2008 (EST)
Community Innovation Awards Program
Should there be a clause for a Community Innovation Awards Program like Sun's Community Innovation Awards Program? --Fasten 07:03, 30 January 2008 (EST)
Source code
Source code that cannot be freely distributed under the terms of the License but is distributed with the Work or independently should carry a license header with the words "limited distribution" and state the exact terms for distribution or with the words "not for/no redistribution" to deny all further distribution. --Fasten 13:27, 7 February 2008 (EST)
Restricting licensors
A Maintainer or Author (in case of the EPCSL) should be able to restrict Licensors eligible to sell the Work. The license steward would provide a list of all Licensors that met the requirements but Maintainer or Author would be able to reduce that list. The rationale is that different Licensors could have different priorities for supported charities and Maintainer or Author might want to have an influence on which charities were eligible to receive the revenues they generated. --Fasten 08:21, 29 February 2008 (EST)
