Hi Clement and Ntumba,

It sounds like your team is proposing establishing a center for artistic expression with laptops -- that is great! Some things I am still left wondering:

  • Will the children own the laptops?
  • Do you have a plan for technically supporting the laptops?
  • Is electricity available in the area? Where will electricity come from in the long term?
