• pack
• move things to mel's aunt's basement
• drive back to farrington - everyone sleeps there

friday

• check out of the farrington
• go to solidworks seminar, 9-12
• at this point we split into 2 groups...
  • group A (2 people)
    • gets the overnight bags for all 4 of us
    • gets dropped off at T/South station
    • catches bus to NYC
    • checks all 4 of us into Jazz Hostel Lenox
  • group B (2 people)
    • drops group A off at T/south station
    • returns to mel's aunt's house and packs Tank's car
    • drives Tank's car to NYC, parking in north of Manhattan, 3976 10th av - need to estimate arrival time within 1 hour
• all 4 of us regroup at the open planning project offices, 349 West 12th Street #3, at 7:30pm
• continue with grassroots jam stuff as usual

saturday

• grassroots jam, no travel
• make sure mel sleeps; she'll need it for the next day

sunday

• grassroots jam in the morning
• lunch: split into 2 groups
  • group A (tank nikki chris)
    • continue with jam - clean up, get feedback, etc.
    • wander around nyc, have fun
  • group B (Mel)
    • catches bus back to Boston
    • takes taxi to Ipswitch
    • picks up minivan
    • drives to mel's aunt's house, loads minivan
    • drives minivan to NYC and parks in upper manhattan
• all 4 of us regroup at the hostel super-late that night

monday

• leave NYC, go to Chicago (probable arrival: tuesday late night)
