my xo turns on but that is all. I changed the internal battery. The external is fully charged but it still only powers on. Or I should say the power light comes on that is all. The screen does not come on . I do not know if it is the back-light or some other trouble. I cannot find a back light in the replacement centers if this is it/ Help
