Talk:Community approval process

How does this work for individuals v. small groups v. entire research collectives that want to get laptops? How do people indicate that they are interested in paying for their machines v. those who need them at no cost? For individual machines this may not make much of a difference, but for a large-scale mesh test it may. --Sj talk 01:17, 4 April 2008 (EDT)
