You write "Don’t just get a budget for laptops – its important to be able to fund a local team that works directly with the community." So... give us an open spreadsheet with a budget then pls. What is a good number of laptops to start with? How many hours to foresee for training teachers? What time-project line and budget to foresee for workshops with the Ministry of Education, selecting books, how to align this with the curriculum, etc?
