Talk:Fix Clock

I just bought the laptop for my daughter. When I turn it on the screen is blank. I read the section on Fix Clock. I do not know where to get cable to hook up with my laptop or the program I need in order to fix it from my computer. The directions are very confusing to me. Is there anywhere I could bring/send it to be fixed? Also how do I download the new software so this does not keep happening. PLEASE help. Thank you!
