poor color choice

I always find these maps hard to follow because the color choices aren't in rainbow order, yet they look like they should be. Red is currently almost as good as green, while orange is worse. I have to keep looking back at the map keys to remind myself.

If you pick rainbow colors, please use rainbow order. Likewise, if you pick blackbody (thermal: black,dark-red,red,orange,yellow,white,blue-white) colors you should use the normal order for that.

Azores

The Azores islands are not a country. They are a portuguese province and therefore I'm removing them from the list.
