I enjoyed reading your proposal page. I have a few initial questions that you might want to answer as you refine your proposal:

1. How many children attend the school? 2. Will they be in school from June - August? 3. If not, how will you reach the students? 4. How many laptops are you planning on giving to the teachers?

I also enjoyed reading your proposal, however I think that you have too many topic heads that might be confusing. Try and reduce the various bold titles you have. I hope I could help.
