Project Scope

  • It sounds like a very ambitious project -- 25 schools listed and a broad range of project goals (computer skills training for educators, computer-based HIV/AIDS project, listening to student voices). Given the constraints of having only 100 laptops, two team members, you may want to consider limiting the scope of your project, at least for the first 10 weeks.
  • Focusing on implementing a laptop distribution in one school and focusing your 10 weeks on one project area would allow you to have a deeper impact with the laptops and a more solid core of students and teachers to continue working with -- especially since you are both local to Uganda!
  • Your long term goals for this project are fantastic, I hope your project takes off!
