A suggestion for an additional test

I have noticed that when I have a lot of data on the SD card, that in Sugar the first activity run after a reboot will run normally but that subsequent activities never complete starting.

I don't have this very well characterized, but I have noticed it on two different cards, from different vendors. They are both 2Gb cards with about 300Mb and 500Mb on them respectively.

It may be an idea to check that proper functionality is still present after loading a large amount of data to the card.

1) load a lot of data to the card. (Maybe tar the whole flash to the card.)
2) restart the XO.
3) start more than one activity.
4) verify that they both started.
