Setup	Test setup::Ensure that the laptop doesn't have the ak flag set in mfg-data. Then 'enable-security' from the OFW OK prompt. The laptop should not be able to boot, but will stop with a message that it isn't activated.
Procedure	[[Test procedure::# Create a text file, laptop.dat, with just the serial number of the laptop under test Log into the activation server and create an activation key from this laptop.dat file. Put the lease.sig resulting file on a USB stick (at the root) Boot the laptop and make sure it can boot all the way to sugar]]
Expected Results and Pass Criteria	Pass criteria::Must get past the activation failure message and boot all the way to sugar -- either the name screen or the home screen.
