Past Creative Commons intern and currently (very loosely) affiliated with the Berkman Center for Internet and Society, FGV-Rio, FreeCulture.org, etc. Right now I'm on an a2k/Open Access kick, looking at issues related to access to information, education, international development, or any combination of the above.

OLPC things I'd like to see (on the wiki and elsewhere):

  • a greater focus on olpc educational content, ways to connect olpc to the open content/open access/related movements
  • some models for encouraging kids to produce collaborative content and teachers to collaborate on open-access lesson plans, etc.
  • people talking about how community volunteers can support the olpc rollouts that are already planned (university-school programs, public/private partnerships, blogging, etc. etc.)
  • community documentation of the olpc rollouts that are going to be getting underway soon

Talk at me if you know of discussions on this stuff that I'm missing, or if you want to get one started (hablo español y falo português também, as long as you don't mind less-than-perfect grammar...)
