Ooi Chong Seong will be the President and founder of Legenda Schooling Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with more than a ten years of experience within the field of greater education, is recognised as a pioneer of private tertiary education in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held several senior administration positions, both in non-public and public corporations and it is recognised as a prominent member from the business community.

He holds an Advanced Diploma in Business from your Association of Company Executives (“ABE”), United kingdom and Diploma in Marketing in the Chartered Institute of Marketing (“CIM”), United kingdom. He's also a Fellow member of each ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution for the state and his revolutionary function in the field of higher education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award from the “10 Best Abroad Chinese Entrepreneur” in the China Worldwide Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
