I'm a volunteer for olpc, and I wrote the News Reader activity on the laptop.

Things I know:

• Getting the SDK working, including jhbuild, vmware, qemu, etc
• Bundling activities, including basic python activities as well as more complex activities with precompiled libraries and other fun.
• extensive knowledge of gtk and pygtk, as well as sugar and all of that infrastructure.
