I don't think this is a good program. I feel children in developing countries do not need to be wasting time surfing the internet and playing games. Most children should spend their time being taught more basics to help their country such as basic laws and human rights. Most children will just take their laptop and sell it to buy food and clothing for their family. Perhaps money can be better spent building local libraries and schools.
