XO3 A1 A2 Changes

These are the changes planned for the XO-3 A2 prototype, from the A1 prototypes.

A1 Electrical Fixes

These changes fix problems in the A1 prototypes:

A1 Layout Fixes

Outside of the SoC/DDR/eMMC portion of the layout, major changes are expected in order to shrink the size of the motherboard.
