XS Blueprints:Data Collection and Reports

TODO: Write a more complete blueprint -

The Network Operations team in each deployment region will want to collect data from the XSs in the field, and feed it to a DB at the NOC to produce reports.

Notes:

• Collection should work via internet or with usb sticks

Desired data:

• XS version and patchlevel, XO version/patchlevel
• Registered XOs, XO version/patchlevel
• Total number of laptops being seen per day
• Number of laptops accessing the internet (network topology may prevent this)
• List of URLs being accessed (network topology may prevent this)
• List of URLs per laptop (network topology may prevent this)
• Which activities are being used per laptop
