XS Community Edition/Features/Startup sound

Problem: when using an XO as a server, it is easy to mistake it for a child's laptop, when it has been detached from storage and networking components.

Proposal: add a unique startup sound.

Implementation: add the file cde.wav to the filesystem as /bootpart/boot/jingle.wav, replacing the file provided by the olpc-firmware package.
