CPRS Alternative OpenVista CIS
OpenVista CIS is a rewrite of CPRS in C#, using GTK# as the UI toolkit.
This has just become a viable alternative, now that MedSphere has dropped the MSPL MedSphere Public License, and it is now available under the GPL. Source is available here. Sorry I misunderstood the scope of the GPL notice on sourceforge.net, I don't have the time, energy, inclination to read and attempt to understand the MSPL
