On the router: Name: lettersonly, Channel: 11, Mode: g only, Security Options: WEP, Authentication type: Shared key, Encryption Strength: 128bit, Key 1. On the XO: Key Type: Hex, key: <the same as router Key 1>, Authentication Type: Shared Key.

Cisco	AIR-BR1310G-A-K9-R	12.3(8)JA	Unsecured Only	Works but radio must be set to channels 1, 6, or 11. I normally configure this device to automatically choose the least congested frequency, but in my office that ends up being something other than 1, 6 and 11 most of the time.
