Welcome to the One Laptop per Child wiki. Please make yourself at home; read through the Table of Contents and FAQ, and take a look around. If you need a general wiki-tutorial, Wikieducator has some excellent ones.

Some possible pages of interest:

Check your preferences and be sure you verify your email address and turn on email notification if you'd like it -- you can find out when your talk page, or any page on your watchlist, is modified. You may want to upload a photo or information about yourself to your userpage (examples: 1, 2).

Another UK user

Hello. Where abouts in the UK are you based? I'm in London, and am interested in hooking up with other OLPC users. Frankie Roberto 06:41, 12 March 2008 (EDT)

A UK user?

I live / work in central London. And you?

I'm in London too. In fact, I work at the Science Museum, which is rather fitting. I'm thinking about organising an XO meetup. Would you be interested? Frankie Roberto 07:08, 14 March 2008 (EDT)
Sure -- that'd be a good idea. MartinDengler 19:32, 14 March 2008 (EDT)
Excellent. I'll see if I can find some other users... Frankie Roberto 19:10, 22 March 2008 (EDT)
I've found a few other people now, so I'm trying to organise a OLPC London community group. If you're still interested, join the mailing list and I'll keep you up to date.
Cool -- I've joined the mailing list.
