Activity installation

From the Internet (G1G1 owners, use this)

With the 8.2.0 release or later pre-release images called joyride:

  1. Run the Sugar Control Panel by hovering over the central XO-man on the Home view screen.
  2. Choose 'Software update'

If you are a G1G1 user and have performed a clean install, you will need to re-add the "G1G1 activities group". In the 'Software update' module of the sugar control panel, click the 'Edit Activity Groups' expander. Type in:

http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities/G1G1

and then click 'add'. Click 'Refresh' to load and list the activities in the activity group you added, and then 'Install selected' to install them.

The activity groups page on our wiki contains more information about available activity groups.
