I underline that it is relevant to integrate the XO as a tool in my teaching practices. Computers are essential in school for developing ICT competence and preparing children to take part of a knowledge society. Moreover, the XO allows children to be autonomous, to innovate and to modify their relations with knowledge. It redefines the place of the teacher in the class. That's why it is important to support teachers to develop their own model of ICT integration to their pedagogy.
