Procedure (from Austria)

1. XO owners and XO libraries (Bayern and South Tyrol) will contact the repair center and state their problem
2. Members of the repair center will assess the problem and contact the XO owner
3. XO owner will ship XO to Innsbruck:

 Südtirolerplatz 5-7, 6020 Innsbruck

You then have to either provide my phone number (+43 660 6854459) or my e-Mail (thomas@unterhauser.org), so that the post office informs us as soon as the laptop is there.

1. 1. any parts needed will be provided by the repair center (if possible)
   2. fixed XOs will be tested for functionality
2. XO owner will have a prepaid shipping label sent to the repair center
3. repaired XOs will be shipped back to their owners
