To learn eToys or develop content on it, you do not need to have OLPC XO. Just install eToys plugin from [http://www.squeakland.org/installers/SqueakPluginInstaller.exe HERE] and then download eToys image in the zip file from [http://etoys.laptop.org/src/etoys-image-and-pr.zip HERE].

Click on etoys.image after extracting the zip file.
