For those of you who speak German, you might be interested in a short interview I gave to Spiegel Online during CeBIT 2006:
- SPIEGEL ONLINE: Welches technische Gerät sollte die Industrie Ihrer Meinung nach unbedingt noch entwickeln?
- Schindler: Jede Firma, die noch nicht mithilft, den OLPC (100-Dollar-Laptop des MIT Medialab) zu entwickeln, sollte vor Scham im Boden versinken. Ersatzweise darf für die Versorgung mit Geräten auch gespendet werden. Brauchbarer Nebeneffekt wäre dabei auch die Verfügbarkeit einer kommerziellen Version für die Wohlstandskinder dieser Erde.
