The scripts and the configuration file to build the live-xs-installer reside in git://dev.laptop.org/projects/fai-config/fedora/live-installer
The live-xs-installer iso image is build by a cronjob (also in that git dir) under the user "builder" on xs-dev at 8 AM BST.
The the image, build-log and livecd-configfile are put online at http://xs-dev.laptop.org/xs-live-installer/
