If a '''previously-existing-local-wiki-page''' has a matching Wikipedia entry and you want to add some ''encyclopedic context'' to it, you may want to use {{tl|WikipediaSummary}} to add it. Cheers! :) ---[[User:Xavi|Xavi]] 09:04, 14 September 2007 (EDT)

===Hello===
Hi. I understand your problem a I too have been told content is not exacly related. If you want to have more space and still be conneted to OLPC try this link:[http://outsidetheolpccity.pbwiki.com/olpc%20laptop%20site%20org]
This is a great palce to put down your OLPC ideas and still be conneted to the program as well as keep up your Official OLPC page up to date with accepted stuff. You can link right too it. It's great.--[[User:216.194.22.24|216.194.22.24]] 10:31, 14 September 2007 (EDT)

wikipedia articles

I would advise against copy-pasting articles from Wikipedia for two reasons:

  • This wiki is not an encyclopedia (a link normally is enough)
  • Wikipedia makes extensive use of their templates (resulting in sub-optimal local pages)

If a previously-existing-local-wiki-page has a matching Wikipedia entry and you want to add some encyclopedic context to it, you may want to use {{WikipediaSummary}} to add it. Cheers! :) ---Xavi 09:04, 14 September 2007 (EDT)
